OUR WHOLESALE TERMS AND POLICIES
Welcome and thank you for your interest in setting up a wholesale account at Co-Creating Magic. We are extremely grateful for our dedicated Retailers and are always happy to share our products with new stores! For speedy account approval and order processing please read and familiarize yourself with our wholesale policies below. To place an order or to view wholesale pricing, you must first be a registered and approved retailer.

PAYMENT METHODPayments are due in advance and may be made on our website via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), or by Paypal. Pre-paid checks are accepted by downloading the PDF Order form, filling it out and emailing it to the above address.
Orders prepaid by check will ship once the check has cleared.
Net 30 terms available with approval upon your fourth order.
SHIPPINGAll Co-Creating Magic products are shipped from Ashland, Oregon 97520. Shipping charges are not included in the discount. The shipping cost will be added to the invoice before shipping and a completed invoice will be emailed to the email address on the account.
Shipments will be delivered by US Postal Service or UPS. Please notify us of any time–sensitive orders. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
TURNAROUND TIMEOrders typically ship within two to five business days once the order is processed, and shipping will take an additional 5-10 business days to receive your product.
Turnaround times depend on order size and product availability. Please notify us of time sensitive orders.
UPS AND FEDEX COLLECTIf you wish to use your own FedEx or UPS account, please provide us with your account number on your order request.
APPLY FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNTTo be considered as a Co-Creating Magic retailer, please complete the wholesale application, print and submit with proper documents. All retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval and we reserve the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply.
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your application. You will receive an email once your account has been set up. Once you receive this email you will be prompted to "Activate" your wholesale account.
HOW TO ORDERTo place a wholesale order, please register your company by completing the wholesale application and submitting proper documents. You will receive an email once your account has been set up.
> ONLINE ORDERSOur wholesale website is the easiest and fastest way to order 24/7. Once approved, you may log in, view pricing, see what's in stock and immediately place your order. If you haven't already set up your account, start today!
> EMAIL ORDERSOrders can also be made by email. Please download our PDF Order Form below and email your orders to:
WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY
> CHANGES TO ORDERWe ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone, or email within 24 hours of placing the order.
> DAMAGES / RETURNSReturn of goods requires prior approval from Co-Creating Magic. Damages or returns must be reported by phone, or email within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damages and do not discard. We may need to have the carrier perform an inspection.

***All merchandise must be returned unopened, and in its original packaging.
> SHIPPING COSTShipping costs are not refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on any returns.

- Copy of original packing slip with account number and invoice number. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip/invoice, please contact us and we will email you a copy.
- List and quantity of items being returned.

- When returning product, please return via a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number. If returning by U.S. mail, please make sure you have a tracking number for reference.
- Please allow up to 30 days for returns to be processed.
