- We accept all major credit cards as payment and Paypal. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks or money orders at this time.

- Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
- The promo code may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste the code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
- All orders will ship from Ashland, Oregon typically within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. From there, it will take about 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered within the US. Please note any expedited orders placed on Friday will take an extra business day for delivery. Additionally, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship or process orders over the weekend.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order, if the package is returned to us for any reason (unless we mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).
- Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. All packages receive a tracking number via the postal service. Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Although we cannot offer refunds, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange. Please email us within three days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the details. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items.
- All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All packages are prepared and shipped with utmost care, but should any merchandise arrive damaged, please contact email@example.com for proper credit/replacement with images and a detailed description of the damage. Defective items must be received by Co-Creating Magic no more than 7 days after the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
